More information: This workshop will be jointly run by representatives from Cheshire West and Chester Council, Chester and District Housing Trust and NHS Western Cheshire who will work alongside residents to create a Communications Plan setting out community engagement and consultation ideas that will enable residents to put forward their views and proposals for the Blacon Parade development.
